awful experience, i went in and had a boring painful massage. the therapist really didn’t know what she was doing and looked like she was struggling, not only that but i payed more than what everything said. absolute scam!!!

Went to this place with my partner, never again! Got 2 massages, around 7pm. Put into same room as requested but laid on the table for a good 20 mins before someone come back in. No cover available for over the body. The 2 massage therapist’s had no idea what they were doing. Started on the back, went to legs, back to the back, onto arm, back to back. Absolutely all over the place. No structure at all. Was absolutely no pressure, just rubbed oil into my skin. Wouldn’t go back at all.

Zero is an accurate name for this place, because if I could give it zero stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, the worst massage I have ever had the misfortune of paying for. My fiancé and I popped in for a 60 minutes couples massage. We were escorted into a large room with a tub and sauna in it. There was a toilet next to one of the massage beds. It had clearly not been cleaned in months. I closed the door to the toilet as it was so close to the bed. I should have left then. We waited around 10 minutes, with the constant sound of door beeping like an old school takeaway shop. Finally, two woman came in. They had clearly been called in. They arrived with handbags and jackets, etc. The ‘massage’ started. It was clear neither of these women were masseuses. They simply awkwardly rubbed lotion on our backs. Meanwhile, they went and opened the toilet door, and used the toilet as a bin. Every 10 minutes or so they would go and dispose of tissue paper in the toilet, flush the toilet with the lid open, and leave the door open. They would thankfully wash their hands, but this wasted a lot of time. That was okay, because the massage was so bad I wanted it to be over. But it was deeply uncomfortable and unsanitary. They finished 5 minutes before the allocated time. Again that was fine because I felt so uncomfortable and awkward that I wanted it to end. I wanted to get up and leave but the whole vibe seemed to suggest that there was a level of exploitation and we didn’t want to jeopardise the safety of these women, since it was clear they were untrained and not actually professionals. It’s for the same reason we haven’t asked for a refund. This place is definitely a scam.

Our massage was extremely relaxing, the rooms were clean and they had a cool new spa and sauna in the couples room! Receptionist and both masseuses were really nice and respectful, would come again

My boyfriend and I came for a massage and it was a really great experience. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The massage was perfect and helped us relax a lot. After the massage we were able to enjoy the spa as well, which made the experience even better. It’s a great place to relax as a couple and we would definitely come back. Thank you! 😍😍
